B2B Terms & Conditions
Business-to-business terms for Buzz Crafter services.
Business-to-Business Terms & Conditions — Last updated: October 2026
1. Scope and business-customer restriction
These Terms apply to all contracts for Buzz Crafter accounts, digital analysis and intelligence functions, subscriptions, reports, promotion, placements and related services. Provider: Sandra Bock, Buzz Crafter, Elsa-Neumann-Str. 57, 13629 Berlin, Germany, email hello@buzz-crafter.com.
Paid Buzz Crafter services are offered exclusively to entrepreneurs, companies, agencies, self-employed professionals and other customers acting for commercial or independent professional purposes. Consumers are not eligible to purchase paid Buzz Crafter services. By ordering or activating a paid service, the customer confirms that the contract is concluded for business purposes.
2. Services
Buzz Crafter may provide creator and profile analysis, visibility scores, profile-health analysis, search-footprint information, keyword and niche intelligence, competitor and platform intelligence, recommendations, reports, account and dashboard functions, promotion and placement services and other creator-growth or marketing functions. The specific scope is the description shown for the relevant product or offer at the time of contract formation.
3. No guarantee of commercial results
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Buzz Crafter does not owe a particular commercial result. Rankings, reach, impressions, clicks, subscribers, revenue, leads, conversion rates, platform approvals or search positions are not guaranteed. Scores, models and recommendations are decision-support tools, not binding predictions.
4. Data and measurements
Buzz Crafter may use proprietary data, publicly accessible information, customer-provided data, authorised platform data, technical measurement data and lawful third-party sources. Missing or insufficiently reliable data may be marked as unmeasured or unavailable. Missing data is not treated as zero and does not have to be estimated.
5. Accounts and authorised use
Customers must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and use only creator profiles, data and accounts they are authorised to manage. Agencies must have the required mandate or permission for creators they manage. Buzz Crafter may request reasonable evidence of authorisation or business status.
6. Contract formation
Website product descriptions are generally invitations to submit an order unless expressly stated otherwise. A contract is formed when Buzz Crafter accepts the order, confirms it, activates the paid service or begins performance.
7. Prices, VAT and payment
Business prices are stated net plus applicable VAT unless expressly indicated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout or in the individual offer. Buzz Crafter may use third-party payment providers. Amounts are due according to the checkout, invoice or offer terms.
8. Subscriptions
Where a service is sold as a subscription, the term, billing interval, renewal and cancellation conditions displayed at purchase apply. Unless a different rule is agreed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal. Amounts already due remain payable.
9. Free services
Free Checks and other free functions may be limited in scope, number of analyses, data depth or availability. There is no entitlement to permanent or unchanged provision of free functionality.
10. Promotion and placements
For promotion or placement services, Buzz Crafter owes the agreed advertising placement or distribution service. Unless expressly agreed, no minimum number of impressions, clicks, subscribers, sales, revenue or conversions is owed.
11. Customer content and rights
The customer is responsible for text, images, videos, trademarks, profile information and other materials supplied to Buzz Crafter and confirms that all required rights and permissions exist. For the duration and purpose of the service, the customer grants Buzz Crafter the non-exclusive rights necessary to technically process, display, publish and distribute those materials as required by the booked service.
12. Prohibited use
Customers must not unlawfully access systems or accounts, bypass security measures, manipulate measurements, attack infrastructure, misuse APIs, submit unlawful content, use third-party profiles without authorisation or resell protected Buzz Crafter data or services without agreement. Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination for cause.
13. Availability and third-party services
Buzz Crafter aims for reliable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, security measures, hosting incidents and failures or changes of third-party platforms may cause temporary limitations. References to platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, 4Based, F2F or Maloum do not imply ownership, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
14. Customer cooperation
The customer must provide information, content, permissions and other cooperation reasonably required to perform the service. Delays caused by missing or late customer cooperation are not attributable to Buzz Crafter.
15. Defects
Obvious defects must be reported without undue delay after discovery. The customer must give Buzz Crafter a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remedy a defect before asserting further remedies, where legally permissible. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
16. Liability
Buzz Crafter is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and where liability is mandatory by law. For slight negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable loss typical for the contract. Further liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent legally permissible.
17. Expected economic benefits
To the extent legally permissible, Buzz Crafter is not liable for merely expected profits, reach, subscribers or other expected commercial benefits unless the loss results from intent, gross negligence or another case of mandatory liability.
18. Indemnification
If customer-supplied content or data culpably infringes third-party rights, the customer shall indemnify Buzz Crafter against justified third-party claims and reasonable defence costs, except to the extent Buzz Crafter caused the infringement.
19. Termination
The contractual term follows the applicable offer. The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected, including in cases of material payment default, fraud, serious security breaches, unauthorised use of creator profiles or repeated material contractual violations.
20. Confidentiality
Non-public business, technical and commercial information exchanged in connection with the contract must be treated confidentially. This does not apply to information already public, lawfully obtained from third parties or required to be disclosed by law.
21. Set-off and retention
The customer may set off claims only where the counterclaim is undisputed or finally adjudicated. Rights of retention may be exercised only for claims arising from the same contractual relationship, subject to mandatory law.
22. Assignment
Claims arising from the contract may be assigned to third parties only with prior consent from Buzz Crafter where such restriction is legally permissible. Mandatory statutory rules remain unaffected.
23. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
24. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
25. Jurisdiction
Where the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law and a jurisdiction agreement is legally permissible, Berlin is agreed as the place of jurisdiction. Otherwise the statutory rules apply.
26. Final provisions
If an individual provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. Statutory law takes the place of an invalid provision. Individual agreements between the parties take precedence over these Terms.
