Editorial Policy

How Buzz Crafter plans, writes, reviews, updates and labels guides, statistics, tools, case studies and commercial relationships.

This policy explains how Buzz Crafter plans, creates, reviews and updates editorial content. It applies to guides, platform pages, tools, statistics, case studies and practical resources. The goal is not to remove judgment from editorial work; it is to make clear which parts are measured facts, calculations, models, interpretation and commercial context.

1. Editorial purpose

Buzz Crafter publishes material that helps creators and agencies make operational marketing decisions. Articles should answer a real question, explain the relevant funnel stage and give the reader a way to evaluate the result. Content is not considered complete merely because it contains a target keyword.

2. Source hierarchy

When a page makes a quantitative claim, Buzz Crafter prefers direct first-party measurements and clearly identified datasets. Campaign examples use measured values supplied by the Famez network. Directory statistics use the public Famez Network creator-statistics endpoint and preserve snapshot date, source scope and methodology notes.

Where a page discusses a changing platform policy or feature, that information should be verified against current reliable sources before being stated as current fact. Durable strategic guidance that does not depend on a current platform rule may be written without pretending to verify details that are not part of the source material.

3. Measured, calculated and modeled are not interchangeable

Label Editorial rule
Measured Report the value as recorded by the source system and identify the measurement context.
Calculated Show or explain the formula and keep the measured inputs available.
Modeled Make the assumptions visible and never present the scenario as a recorded result.
Unknown Leave the field unknown rather than filling it with an unsupported estimate.

4. Dataset statistics require a scope statement

Famez Creators statistics describe the profiles represented in that directory snapshot. They do not automatically describe the global creator market. Platform distribution in the dataset is therefore described as dataset composition, not worldwide market share. Country, gender, language and topic distributions are also interpreted alongside taxonomy coverage because not every creator record necessarily contains every classification.

5. Case-study standards

A Buzz Crafter case study should identify the campaign duration, measured metrics and the limits of attribution. If the campaign source can measure impressions and clicks but not subscriptions, the case study must not infer subscriber performance as if it were observed. Calculated values such as daily impressions or visitor-to-click ratios may be added when the arithmetic and inputs are transparent.

6. Comparison content

Platform comparisons are designed as decision frameworks rather than universal winners. Different creators can have different audience fit, workflow requirements and measurement access. Buzz Crafter can compare documented characteristics and marketing considerations without claiming that one platform is categorically superior for every creator.

7. Tool standards

Calculators are scenario tools. Inputs such as CPM, CTR, conversion rate, churn or price are assumptions unless they are populated from a user’s own measured data. Tool pages should explain formulas, expected use, sensitivity and limitations so that an output does not look more certain than the inputs justify.

8. Commercial separation

Buzz Crafter and Famez are part of the same network. Famez can benefit commercially when a user books a promotion service after following a Buzz Crafter link. That relationship does not need to be disguised. Editorial pages should remain useful without requiring the reader to purchase a Famez service, and commercial calls to action should not be presented as independent third-party endorsements.

9. Updates and corrections

Content may be updated when new first-party data is published, when a methodology issue is identified, when a platform context materially changes or when an editorial error is found. A correction should fix the underlying statement rather than simply change a date. If an older dataset remains useful, it may stay visible with a clear snapshot date and freshness warning.

10. AI-assisted workflows

Automation and AI may assist with drafting, structuring, formatting, calculations or consistency checks. They do not remove the requirement to keep source-derived facts separate from assumptions. The publication should not invent performance data, testimonials, partnerships, platform features or source citations in order to make an article appear more authoritative.

11. Images and visual assets

Buzz Crafter uses editorial illustrations and branded web assets to explain creator marketing concepts. Images should have meaningful alternative text when they communicate content. Decorative assets can be treated differently, but the publication should not rely on text embedded inside images for important instructions or SEO content.

12. Internal linking

Internal links should move a reader to the next relevant decision: from a platform guide to a measurement guide, from a statistic to the methodology, or from a campaign brief to a calculator. Links should not be inserted simply to create a dense sitewide pattern.

13. Editorial review checklist

  1. Does the page answer a distinct user need?
  2. Are measured values traceable to the stated dataset or campaign?
  3. Are calculated values reproducible?
  4. Are modeled values labeled as assumptions?
  5. Are dataset scope and coverage limits visible?
  6. Are commercial relationships disclosed where relevant?
  7. Does the page link to the methodology when interpretation depends on it?
  8. Are title, description, canonical, H1 and image accessibility fields present?
  9. Does the content avoid unsupported universal claims?
  10. Is there a clear next step that matches the reader’s actual problem?
