How Buzz Crafter uses cookies and similar technologies.

Last updated: October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Buzz Crafter uses cookies and comparable technologies such as session storage or local storage.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on or read from a user’s device. They can be required for technical functions or, where applicable, used for analytics or marketing purposes.

2. Strictly necessary technologies

Buzz Crafter may use strictly necessary technologies to provide requested functions, including session management, login and account security, abuse prevention, form processing, language selection, consent preferences and checkout functionality. These technologies are used only to the extent required for the requested service.

3. Optional analytics and marketing technologies

Optional analytics, measurement or marketing technologies are not activated unless they are actually configured for Buzz Crafter and the legally required consent has been obtained. Buzz Crafter does not treat the absence of consent as permission to load optional tracking.

4. Payments

If a paid service is purchased, a payment provider such as Stripe may process payment and security information and may use technologies necessary for fraud prevention, authentication and payment execution. The provider’s own privacy information applies to its processing.

5. Legal basis

Under Section 25 TDDDG, storing information on a user’s device or accessing information already stored generally requires consent unless the operation is strictly necessary to provide a digital service expressly requested by the user or another statutory exception applies. Any processing of personal data is additionally governed by applicable data-protection law.

6. Managing preferences

Where optional cookies are offered, users can refuse them and can later change or withdraw their consent through the available cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

7. Browser settings

Users can also delete or block cookies through their browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login, account, checkout or other requested functions from operating correctly.

8. Retention

Session cookies normally expire when the session ends. Persistent cookies remain for the period required for their stated purpose or until they are deleted, withdrawn or expire. Exact lifetimes can depend on the technology in use.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated when technologies, providers or legal requirements change.

For information about personal-data processing, see the Privacy Policy.
